Whether it is sunny or bitterly cold outside, the atmosphere at the FIREFLY is always warm and welcoming. This is thanks to its hosts, owners Maria and Michael Kalbermatter. For them the hotel is home. There are of course many other dedicated team members making sure you enjoy your stay. Upon entering the foyer, you will be greeted by our reception staff with a friendly smile. They will be glad to deal with any concerns or wishes you have during your stay. You will meet some other FIREFLY staff during your stay and others will remain out of sight, working behind the scenes. But together they are a well-oiled team. They will do anything to ensure that your stay is pleasant and hassle free. As will our in-house ski school and its instructors.
